Jeannine Gant is the DEI-J Officer at the Global Epicenter of Mobility, where she champions equitable and inclusive initiatives across 25 partners focused on advanced mobility. With decades of experience in promoting equity and inclusion her work expands from local communities to multinational companies. She received recognition as a Top CEO from Who’s Who in Black Detroit.
Gant has led significant and award-winning projects, including Ford's national breast cancer awareness campaigns, social justice initiatives, and youth workforce development. She has published reviews of DEI research and publications. Beyond her professional realm, she volunteers on community boards and committees, including the Governor’s task force for Juvenile Justice Reform emphasizing her role as a strategic partner in creating more just opportunities for all people.
Gant also continues her advocacy through involvement with Design Connect, an organization aimed at career development for youth of color and is recognized as a chief thinker, speaker, facilitator, strategist, coach, and trainer.
