Cindy Fisher
Vice President, Global Inclusion and Diversity, Eaton
Cindy Fisher is an accomplished leader with 24 years of service to Eaton. In October 2023, she was named vice president, Global Inclusion and Diversity, where she is responsible for driving a comprehensive inclusion and diversity strategy that ensures Eaton is a place where all employees can thrive and grow.
Her journey began through the Human Resources Development Program in June 2000. She has since held various roles of increasing responsibility within Human Resources, serving most recently as vice president, Global Learning and Culture. In this role, her deep knowledge of the business in combination with her expertise in leadership development and culture helped to drive transformation in Eaton’s learning and development strategy.
Cindy is passionate about engagement and leadership development and throughout her career has coached employees on everything from navigating career growth to personal leadership style. She believes in the importance of creating spaces where individuals and teams can thrive and relishes the opportunity her role offers her to connect with employees across the organization in meaningful ways.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University and a master’s degree in organizational development from Case Western Reserve University. Cindy is based in Beachwood, Ohio.
