Becky MacDonald
Manager Corporate Reputation and Brand, Robert Bosch Corp.
Becky MacDonald is the manager of Corporate Reputation and Brand Management at Robert Bosch LLC. In this role, which she assumed in April 2021, she leads a team responsible for topics including corporate social responsibility, trade shows and live events and brand strategy in North America. Among other topics in her portfolio, Becky is responsible for supporting internal and external communications for Bosch’s diversity, equity and inclusion work in the region and is a board member of the company’s LGBTQ@Bosch business resource group.
Becky joined Bosch in 1998 and has worked in a variety of roles in corporate and operational communications as well as continuous improvement, agile working and business excellence. Prior to Bosch, she held corporate communications and marketing communications roles other with other suppliers in the automotive and heavy truck industries. {Margaret – note that these companies no longer exist (ITT Automotive, AlliedSignal Automotive, Rockwell Automotive)}
Becky graduated from Kalamazoo College in 1985 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and German.
